  • What is your turn around time?

Current turn around time depends on the product. Scrunchies, headbands, accessories etc. ship within 1-5 business days. New drops, tees. and apparel ship within 12-14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

 

  • Once my order is placed, can I make any changes?

Due to the cost of materials and supplies. BM does not accept returns, refunds, or order changes after 1 hour of order placement. We feel that all BM products run TTS unless otherwise noted within the product description. If you are unsure of sizing, we suggest you size up. 

 

  • Can I return my order?

All Brighton made products are handmade personally for each customer. We do not accept returns. If there is a defect or damage to your product, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). At that time, a member of BM will address the situation accordingly.

 

  • How do I contact you?

  • Do you carry boy/girl items? What about adults?

BM strives extremely hard to have boy, girl, & gender neutral prints in every drop. We do occasionally add new adult products with some drops, but not all. 

 

  • I got a tracking number but it hasn't changed yet.

Once your product(s) are ready to ship, your tracking number is curated & a shipping label is produced. The tracking information will be sent to the email address used to checkout. Tracking will not update until USPS scans the package into their system. Updates can take up to 48 hours to generate.

 

  • Tracking says delivered, but I don't have it. Where is my order?

Once USPS is in possession of your package(s), we do not have any control over the shipment process. Brighton Made is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses entered upon checkout. If you cannot find your package that has been marked delivered- you will need to contact your local post office
